The fine
print can be boring, but these bits are important so please take time to
read them:
PAYMENT
with order is requested please. We accept debit/credit
cards and details are best given over the phone but if sending by email never put all your card
details into one email, it's safer to split the info over two or three
emails. If paying by cheque we need to receive this before
commencing your order. Bank transfer is also an option, bank details
given on request.
DELIVERY is charged at cost and goods are sent on a standard next
day service unless you request otherwise. All deliveries will
require a signature on receipt. Delivery costs quoted on this site
are for UK mainland only (surcharge possible to some parts of the Scottish
highlands), please ask for a quote on deliveries elsewhere. We have
to point this bit out: we have no control over what happens once goods
have been despatched!
LEAD TIME varies but our aim is to despatch within 5 working days
(that's working days as in Mon-Fri). Printed balloon orders over 5,000 latex or
500 foils / multi-colour prints may take
a little longer but we do try to be flexible and meet your
deadlines. If your order
is required urgently please check with us first to see if we can do it in
the timescale.
PRINTING DEFAULT for balloons is neck down unless you tell us
differently. Please use
"neck up" or "neck down" to indicate which way round you want your
balloons printed. We also default to the most suitable ink colour
(in our opinion) if none is specified.
